February is filled with things to recognize and celebrate! Toothache Day kicks off our month on the 9th, while Tooth Fairy Day closes us out on the 28th. Plus, all month long is Children's Dental Health Month and Gum Disease Awareness Month! There's so much to show our care for, with the main one being your smile.
Our philosophy: when it comes to pain, don't treat it like a game! Even though some pain management can be taken care of at home, the best thing to do is to come in and let us have a look at what's going on. Not only will we be able to get to the bottom of it quicker, but we can easily begin treating the issue rather than having to accept the discomfort and waiting to see if it'll ever go away.
Something else to keep in mind is that there are factors that can play a role in our oral health that are out of our control. So, there's no need to shy away from coming in to make sure your health is taken care of even if your dental hygiene routine is perfectly in line. Speaking of routines, and in honor of Children's Dental Health Month, it goes a long way to set sustainable and fun examples to the kiddos in our lives when it comes to brushing and flossing habits. Our simple tip: pick one of their favorite songs to play while they brush to encourage them to keep going and try to reach those hard to get places!
We're here to help make your smile something you love forever, and we look forward to seeing you again very soon! You can schedule an appointment anytime at the button below.
